How
to Confront a Cheating Spouse?
Here's a fantastic article I found
about how to confront a cheating spouse:
Yesterday, I was talking to my
friend Rhonda who's just found out that her husband is
cheating on her. After
conducting some research about the topic of how to confront a
cheating spouse we started combining the ideas that we brain
stormed together. I thought some of her ideas were great
ones that I would definitely used if faced with this problem.
Let me just quickly recap what we
discussed.

How
To Confront A Cheating Spouse: Look After Yourself
Option 1 - First,
she thought she'd meet her husband in a crowded restaurant.
This way, she could avoid a scene. She was worried the
confrontation would turn into a yelling match, and she didn't
want that. There's no way her cheating spouse would want to
embarrass himself in public, so he'd keep the conversation nice
and quiet.
Before we go any further, I want to set something straight...
consider your personal safety first. Because believe it or
not sometimes these confrontations can get ugly. You
don't want to put yourself at any risk. If you think your
cheating spouse is going to blow up on you, take things
slowly.

Option 2 - My
other friend Angela had a different opinion about how to
confront a cheating spouse... she said she'd want to do it in a
private spot so she could get out all her frustrations. Then,
if she starts raising her voice, she wouldn't have to worry
about spectators staring at her. A word of caution: you might
want witnesses if the confrontation is too intense!
And that's not all... if you've got evidence to use when you
confront your cheating spouse, my friends suggest you bring
it.
Do you
have pictures of him with his
mistress?
Phone
call records of calls he's made?
Love
letters you found in his dresser?
Believe
me bring them with you. That will make it even harder for him
to deny that he's cheating on you.
Finally, you need to make up your mind before you confront your
spouse... how do you want this confrontation to
end?
It all
comes down to this question.
Do you
want this be the end of your marriage and lead to
divorce?
Or would
you rather just have him end his affair and work to rebuild
your marriage? If you don't want to end your marriage, don't
let the confrontation get out of hand. Keep things civil and
calm.
If you
know your marriage is over, then my friends say you can just
let loose and say all that you're dying to
say.
Take all
these suggestions into account when you're thinking of
confronting a cheating spouse. Don't just rush into a
disagreement. Think carefully before you start the
conversation. Choose your spot carefully, take any proof you've
got, and be careful!
But
before you confront your cheating spouse, maybe there are steps
you can take to prevent confrontation at all. I recommend you
learn how to handle your situation properly before you take any
drastic steps. If you are still wondering how to
